"Pleasant"

The location, parking and easy access

Creaky bed, stained sofa, dirty walls, lack of wall sockets. TV was bare minimum

I liked the flat. Well equipped (including an adapter for UK to EU plug!) big enough, nice neighbourhood, clean, everything needed in max 10 minutes walking distance.

The flat I was in (Flat 1) has the windows to the street which is somewhat noisy.

Warm and clean

No soap or shampoo other than hand wash in bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable

"Cosy apartment minutes from Beach Road where theee is a load of great eateries and bars to spend an evening."

I used to live nearby so I know the area it’s perfectly situated near some really nice places to eat and have a drink. I was working in manchester I found it provided a very comfortable spot to relax after work. I will try and book here on all my future work days/weeks.

I had no issues with the property.
