When we arrived was closed. We called and waited 15’. At the entrance they ask us 500 rupees to deposit (we received back when we leaved).

Bathroom small and smell 3 floors without elevetor. We needed ask for towels.

I made a reservation, they closed the doors at 11 at night, I had to contact customer service to get in, then the representative came and opened the door while shouting, it was a very annoying situation.
