The location and nature were wonderful. The pool was great for the children.

It was a bit disappointing that there were extra charges for many things. For example, we were asked to pay 10 Euros for doing laundry. Clean towels were not provided unless we paid an additional fee. Since we weren’t aware of this, we took a towel, but later we were informed that it was not included and were asked to dry it ourselves. That part of the experience could definitely be improved. We also noticed that the oven wasn’t working, which made things a little less convenient.

We booked the two bedroom apartment for 6 and the studio for a family birthday weekend. The studio has an amazing view and the two bedrooms were comfortable and come with a nice terrace. The garden is well kept and the pool is very nice. We appreciated the outdoor kitchen with the bbq facilities and huge table. There is direct access to the river and the bike path. Overall, we had a nice time.

The two bedroom apartment would probably be rather tight for 6 as it comes with a small livingroom /kitchen area. The studio has its bathroom outside the room in an alcove which was not an issue for us, but good to know. The kitchen is not very well equipped and does not provide basic amenities like salt or oil. The wifi was rather patchy. The pingpong table was broken and the canoe was missing the seats, so unfortunately we couldn’t not use these. We chose the place as it was advertised as pet friendly on booking.com but we were asked to keep the dog on leash in the garden. I would suggest this is made clear on the booking sites to avoid misunderstandings.
