The location was great, easy to find. The apartament was cozy and clean.

Good location for getting to the Hungarian Grand Prix, and reasonable for getting into Budapest. Nice view of the river from the room, and the aircon was very welcome in the constant 32C temperatures. The kitchenette was useful and reasonably equipped.

Room was on the 2nd floor, with only some rickity wooden spiral stairs to get you up there. The bathroom was a separate room across a landing and not properly ventilated, so it was constantly 30C+ and humid in there. The provided towels would be small for a child, let alone adults—mine didn't go round my full body. The bedding was old and yellow, the bed had obvious dips in it from age. The blinds were falling apart, one literally fell off while we were raising it. The room next door was occupied by a very noisy group with dogs, and you could hear every word they said, and every step they took down the stairs. The sun lounger I used was falling apart, I think a nut was missing on a bolt, so it kept sliding out. The pontoon on the river was beginning to float away, which made it awkward to get onto. No welcome pack with any information about the room or what was nearby. We ran out of toilet roll and were given incorrect information about where to find more, so had to take a roll from the outside toilet.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasure being there, they made it very nice.

The apartments upstairs had a shared bathroom.

Wi-Fi was week from time to time. There was a sauna on the site, but we couldn't operate it by ourselves.

The owner is a scammer. They charge money form out card but did not let us in. So I must stay on the street in the night with two children, we travelled all the way from Ukraine to get such a big fraud form this people
