Manchester City-Centre Apartment with Dedicated Workspace, Sleeps 4

Location was very close to everything ...Everywhere was walkable. Actual entrance is down an alley which was not great after a night out but was off the main road so not too bad. Bed was very comfy.

Place needs ALOTT of TLC. Nothing is done to a high standard. Two canvases are held up with sellotape. Why!? Just dont have them lol The washing up liquid in the kitchen has been topped up with water, so its just green water instead of actual soap (i mean its a pound for goodness sake, just replace it). Bathroom smelt soo strongly of bleach but wasnt clean. The sink had dried old toothpaste in it & the loo had clearly been used. I opted to wear flipflops IN the shower. No bath matt so floor got wet after each person showered. TVs volume didnt work so we were stuck with it being super high. Auto light is good in theory but going loo in the middle of the night triggered it and nearly blinded me lol. Plugged my charger in but when I took it out in the morning the whole socket came out the wall!! Door handles arent properly screwed on. Main door didnt feel safe with only one lock and a dodgey handle. Turned the heater on & it started to smell like burning so I had to turn it off jst to be on the safe side. Ended up cold all night ☹️ Both rugs in each bedroom have seen far better days, just throw them away!! The rooms would look better without anyway. Re-print the info sheet. The one that was there (again) has seen better days.

Brilliant location, secure. Austin was lovely when we met him bringing towels. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, we slept well. Price acceptable. Worth mentioning that although the address is on Great Ancoats street, access is via the rear of the property from Little Ancoats street. It’s a well lit back lane. We would stay again.

The sinks were v slow to drain. Shower drain needs replacing and bathroom mirror nearly falling off. Other customers have managed to scorch the dining chairs somehow, which looks awful. It does need a lick of paint throughout. They need to restock on mugs and glasses. However we would stay again as we believe Austin could sort all these minor issues out.

Location was central The apartment was clean and had everything you needed .

Honestly it was good The only thing I didn't like was that because we arrived early we were charged £30 extra to go in the apartment

That I managed to live through this experience and make it home

Everything. The staff were ridiculously rude. Have stolen money from us. The place absolutely filthy, had mice droppings, stained bed sheets, old food left in the cupboards, dust everywhere. Just absolute mess The place looks nothing like the pictures. The area is rough and hidden behind shops, next to a graffiti wall where during the night drunk people hang about and often use the wall as a toilet. The man running this was a complete disgrace when we tried to speak to him about cleaning the place and the condition of it. I am still currently in a dispute regarding a deposit which he is refusing to pay back even though the property was left cleaner than when we arrived. I 100% do not recommend staying here. It's vile. I have plenty more photos which I will be happy to send to anyone staying and will also post these to different sites so other people are not fooled.

Finding out 24 hours before travelling they needed an extra £200 damaged deposit sending across.
