the location was good, central between ancoats and the northern quarters, the owner sent me clear instructions on how to find it, comfortable bed, suitable for 1-2 nights stay and for maximum of 2 people, got back my 200 pounds deposit the same day I left

small bathroom, a bit claustrophobic, there is everything you might need but the space is very small

We parked in sip parking (private parking) In a multi storey parking lot within walking distance and our friends who where with us had had therr car window smashed and items robbed.

The property was absolutely filthy! We found mess and ruins absolutely everywhere, and it really put us off using the facilities/ sleeping. We were asked to pay a deposit of £200 which was more than the cost of our stay... so my group and I took pictures of all of the mess / breakages / problems we could find around the minuscule flat, and we now have a total of 78 pictures for a tiny space. Photographing the mess took about half an hour out of our stay, so it was a bad start to the trip. The property is absolutely tiny. Do not stay here if you’re claustrophobic! The flat is supposed to house 3 or 4, it’s barely enough room for 1. We had no privacy and no space to walk, so my friends and I were in each others spaces constantly. There’s a huge flight of stairs you need to take both into the property and into the flat, so this is something to be mindful of before booking. I cannot believe this space cost me £194!!!
