La casa è molto grande, spaziosa e ha tutto l'occorrente per viverci. Asciugamani e phon compresi. Posizione ottima per tutte le fermate dei bus. Host molto disponibile.

C'è un grande problema dell'impianto idraulico: fa tanto rumore quando scarica e l'acqua scende a "scatti" sia dai rubinetti che dalla doccia. Metterei le tende per oscurare le camere dalla luce più attaccate alla finestra perché entra luce di lato la mattina.

Tolle Lage, nur 5min zum einkaufen, 7min zum Strand, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht, 2 Schlafzimmer sind super praktisch und 2 Badezimmer noch viel besser 👍(Dusche und Badewanne vorhanden), toll ist auch die Waschmaschine - dann sind die Badesachen gleich einmal sauber 🤣 Mit dem Bus (2 min entfernt) ist man relativ flexibel vor Ort, alles lief reibungslos - danke Einfache und gute Kommunikation 👍

Понравилось практически все, за исключение мелких деталей ( недостаточное количество переходников розеток, старая гейзерная кофеварка, сломанная ножка стула, не удобные подушки ...) но это никак не испортил наш отдых. Квартира очень современная, хорошо обставленная, кухня оборудована всем необходимым ( для изысканности не помешали бы бокалы для вина!))просторная для 4-х человек вполне комфортная. Есть фен, утюг, гладильная доска, 3 кондиционера, стиральная посудомоечная машина, чайник, тостер, даже детская кроватка и стульчик для кормления ребенка. Бесконтактное удобное поселение и выселение по кодам. Хозяин постоянно на связи, 5 минут пешком до автобуса, ( автобусы ходят не пунктуально) возле остановки закусочная, где прекрасная горячая выпечка, пицца, напитки , наш фаворит - слойка пастицци с рикоттой, ели каждый день) Неподалеку хороший супермаркет Eurospar. До центра города около 1 км. Цена-качество в полном балансе! Рекомендую!

There was not a coffee machine available on arrival. I asked the host and they had one for us the next day. Any issues (only minor) was fixed quickly. The location is great for local beaches and amenities!

Laundry soap, and maybe some directions for the appliances. Coming from North America we are not familiar. Such minor details.

Przestronność, wyposażenie.

Location was good near airport and restaurants and shops and St Thomas Bay. Kitchen facilities good. Spacious lounge.

The rear bedroom balcony door didn’t lock rendering the apartment insecure but we were able to lock the bedroom door to protect the apartment and our valuables. The bath could not be used as the plug did not work so the bath could not be filled with water. The Combi boilers had air in them so all bathroom taps splattered and spit when used. The en-suite vertical shower rail was loose and needs replacing. Limited cutlery. The road was closed for half our stay and all cars had to be moved. Major building work of new flats including new street drains etc caused immense dust and started 7.30am until 6.30pm. If the council gave property owners prior notice of this building work we should have been told or the flat not let at the moment.

Great, spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice neighbourhood near shop and walking distance to shore. Shower water was hot. Really easy to access and host was very easy to contact

The main bedroom didn't have curtains, only frosted glass, so was quite light, and when the stairway light was turned on, it was even worse
