The property was not properly cleaned or maintained. The lounge had a cheap sofa bed and a broken blind that had to be rolled manually. There were cigarette burns on the window ledge, and despite raising these issues, the company pushed back, insisting they were unaware. They repeatedly claimed their properties are “thoroughly checked,” yet hair was left in the bathroom and the blind had clearly been broken for some time.

The shower is all full of limescale, the bed has massive yellow stain on same as the sofa , the light switch is broken so there is exposed wires sticking out , the bathroom door doesn't lock nor close and the frame is also split and the front door is also broken.

Great location next to the Castle with easy access to the City Centre. NCP car parks nearby. Nice sized property for a short stay.

Firstly two sets of key boxes - instructions weren’t clear on which set to use. Communal area were unclean with rubbish on the carpets, marked balustrade (glass). Trip hazard on some stairs with carpet untethered. Skylight in the kitchen wedged with a towel and kitchen paper indicating a leak. Crockery was mismatched and sparse with no utensils available. Washing up liquid watered down. No dining table/chairs. Bar stools were too high to sit on comfortably to eat and next to the sloped ceiling. Sofa bed very uncomfortable to sit on; covered with a smelly throw which hid ‘staining’ underneath. Wi-Fi on TV with WhatsApp assistance took over an hour to fix to view - not worth it in the end as the broadband signal was weak making viewing impossible. Not all windows had blinds. Bathroom is a bath with mixer shower tap set up to appear as a standup shower, bathing was problematic. Black mould around silicone and grouted areas was off putting. Both bedrooms whilst carpeted were badly marked and unclean. Velour headboard in main bedroom was marked; mattress protector stained; under sheet grubby with hairs - not the comfiest nights sleep. Skylights in the bedrooms had no blinds and only a small opening for ventilation. Only escape from the property was via the stairwell - our apartment was in the eaves of the building.

Absolutely love staying here, such lovely apartments and accommodating hosts!

it was unclean. communication was POOR. the place smelt. people was trying the doors at 1am and there was rats running about just outside the front door. when trying to contact the customer service i was told that they have photo evidence of them leaving the apartment clean. I don’t know what there version of clean is but it’s definitely not an acceptable standard. Booked for 3 nights and was in and out the place within 20 minutes.

Just like the pictures, very clean, close to the centre.

No lifts

Property was warm, clean and spacious. Bed comfy. Kitchen was modern and clean. Bathroom was too, with a dual shower over a full length bath. Towels provided. Heated towel rail. TV with different streaming services. Seating and kitchen area was away from the road and very peaceful

Would have been nice to have a couple of armchairs as well as the sofa (which could have done with a bit of a clean). Very little crockery. Blind in the bedroom did not come all the way down - there was a gap of about an inch.

Nice apartment in terms of presentation, also very clean.

I paid for an apartment with 5 beds and the apartment I got only had 3 so was unsuitable for the 4 guests which I had notified them were coming when booking. Upon entering the apartment at 3pm I notified them that it wasnt fit for purpose and they said they would get back to me. Asked them for an update at 10pm, again said they would get back to me and didn't. No further communication from them, and have since ignored my messages on WhatsApp. No apology, no partial refund, no human interaction at all just generic AI messages promising that they will review the situation. An embarrassingly poor level of service, once they have your money they clearly don't care.
