Guests are required to upload a photo ID and credit card ahead of check-in via a secured link. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm -7 am. Violators will be charged a £200 fee. This property uses a CCTV/Ring Camera to ensure the security of the guest. The camera devices are located in communal areas within the property and not in private spaces. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a £200 fee. Please note that not all CCTV cameras are live, some are visual deterrents only. -Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee -Strictly no stag or hen parties -Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) -A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged -Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. -If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
