It was very dog friendly. I wasn’t expecting dog bowels, a towel and a blanket get her as well as 2 different beds. The space was bigger then we was expecting.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable.

stairs are not the easiest, elderly would struggle..

Convenient location, close to shops, and places to eat, clean, comfortable, well equipped property. High level of awareness with regard to safety, each flight of stairs protected by gates. On site private car parking. If required a very dog friendly property.

Clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a lovely holiday. Great location for Porthmadog and Black rock sands.

Wifi in some bedrooms was non existent. Handrails on steep stares would be useful for older clients

Dedicated parking at the door Washing machine Location. Easy access to Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway Plenty of space Above the ice cream shop but very quiet.

Entry is off a small back street. No shelter over the entry doorway, but this seemed common in the area. Needs extra blankets or thicker duvets for cooler weather. Lots of stairs

Great location at the centre of many activities (bounce below, beaches, horse riding, karting, etc). Very clean and large modern flat, perfect in layout for a family and right in the centre of many shops, a park and takeaways. Little touches make it fantastic such as quality bedding, not having to worry about kitchen towels, cleaning products, toilet paper, milk, tea, coffee etc after a long day of travel. The washing machine and dryer were a godsend. Very good double glazing, lots of space for everybody and even games to entertain the kids (and lots of TV channels and apps). Would definitely come back.

The only thing I would say is that for people of our size and weight some memory foam mattress toppers would be appreciated but beds were perfectly fine otherwise.
