Excellent contact and support from the business owner David. The apartment was superbly decorated and designed for functionality and easy cleaning. The High street position provided easy access to all the local restaurants, pubs,bars and local attractions, in particular the Heritage Steam Railway terminal.

Nothing to report here, towards any dislikes as we could not fault anything!

Location was perfect and easy to find. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

It was a 3 bed apartment but only had parking for 1 vehicle, our family of 6 travelled to the location in 2 vehicles.

Brilliant location, excellent hosts, beautiful clean apartment, plenty of space for us all. Lots of games & suggestions for the wetter days. Any issues/struggles we had were very quickly aided/sorted. We had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend & would visit again. 🤗

The beds weren’t all comfortable and rooms weren’t set up as in the photos (so we did push the singles together in a couple of the rooms). The sofa back cushions have collapsed over time, but only took a little re-puffing to sort.

Very clean and well sanitised. Apartment was nice to stay in and was well presented. Spacious and comfortable. Would have given higher had it not been for the showers.

The two showers provided generally cold water only, despite several of us trying to make them work: subsequent queue for the bath confined 5 of us to one bathroom only. The last thing you want after coming off Snowdon is a cold shower; this was really disappointing and I see from booking.com that the comment has been made before. Either fix, renovate (as one of the shower heads seemed to be slightly coming apart anyway due to age) or provide clear instructions as to how you can get consistently hot water. Incidentally the bath plug was detached from its chain and was difficult to lift out with fingers - suggest repairing. I would like a partial refund because of these problems - they are a key part of a visit. Blinds should be provided in the bathrooms as the large windows are clear and people can see in from outside. Would have liked a bit more cutlery than just one item per person as we were having to wash up a lot (5 people). Finally, detailed instructions given only 24 hours before seemed unnecessarily cautious. The arrangements, particularly parking, were not that simple, ie access from the street behind, and I needed to print out /pass details on to husband/adult sons as I was not going myself. I had requested them more in advance but was refused. I suggest more leeway/time in case you need to message the host. Why not change your system to send them when we had fully paid (4 days before) and avoid stress for us, in line with most booking platforms ?

Beautiful property, very clean & comfortable in a central location. Easy check in/out. Spacious rooms. Tea/coffee provided.
