The location was great. The property has everything you need.

The bed was quite soft for us. However, it wasn't a big deal.

Live like local in Queenstown with everything you need provided including a full Breville coffee machine and hair straightener! The view from the balcony is magic. I have read critics about this property here about restrictions regarding noise and use of washing machine after a certain time. Be aware that your neighbours are locals who need peace after hours. If you want to party this is not the place for you, plain and simple. However, If you want a quiet, well appointed apartment in which to base yourself in Queenstown away from the madness of party town this is the perfect spot. You will however need a car as it is a 6 minute drive from the main attractions. Can’t thank our hosts enough for their generous its isn recommending activities, places to eat and it was a fabulous stay..

The apartment is well insulated, we did not need to use the heater or additional blankets at night during our stay. The apartment is well equipped with everything from toiletries, cleaning equipment/supplies, cutlery, condiments etc.. On arrival we were given welcome snacks. Ina was very welcoming when we first arrived, very friendly and sent us messages to check in with us during our trip. Rooms were spacious and we found the beds to be very comfortable and the apartment was clean. The property is a 8 minute drive to the city, so I recommend hiring a car or Uber (Roughly around $13 - $14 for a one way trip).

Wish I could give a 10/10 but there are to many house rules, this ruined our experience. You cannot use the dryer after 8pm, which was difficult because we were out most of the day doing activities. We could not go out onto the balcony after 10pm and had to keep walking to a minimum after 10pm because of the neighbours downstairs and The WIFI was up and down on some days. Sometimes the connection was slow, sometimes fast.

Nice clean apartment with beautiful views. All ammenities including little extras in kitchen like sauces & oil. Cookies were big hit with kids.

As some have said, the signs about noise & the neighbours, took the shine off - felt we needed to tip toe around a bit.

Modern and clean with free condiments and treats

Lovely apartment with some nice personal touches. Nice basket of treats left by the host, fully functioning espresso machine in the kitchen, spacious bathroom, good heating (heat pump in the main area, and in-bedroom wall panels), nice views out the front of the balcony.

Nothing - very comfy apartment.
