Lakeview Unit

La vue est magnifique sur le lac c'est le gros point fort de l'appartement ! Lit confortable et très large. Lave linge appréciable même s'il n'y a pas de lessive, seulement des pastilles lave vaisselle.

C'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir se garer devant, alors que les touristes de l'unité voisine ont pu positionner leur gros véhicule juste devant notre fenêtre. Le système de poubelle n'est pas pratique, il faut trier les déchets sous peine de taxe, ce qu'on comprend, mais il n'y a pas tous les containers disponibles, seulement le jaune.

The studio was nice and aesthetic. Great view of the lake.

Surf detergent powder box was completely empty, oil bottle empty. Messaged the owner through booking. Com for salt and pepper if its available -no reply.

Parking on the street

Slightly further out of town than would have liked, but OK. Did have a beautiful view, and an outside sitting area, but I was not encouraged to use it as the table looked a little shabby !

Had trouble finding places as told to turn in roundabout.. there was no roundabout, after 2 hours tried to phone, told number dosn't exist. Not happy a car parked directly outside of patio window/door, room for two cars, not allowed to park there. Had to leave car downhill opposite then walk back uphill and along gravel track, with suitcase on wheels, so could not do that as it would have broken. I have sciatica and back trouble was too much. The bed was very low and uncomfortable, also a six inch step at bottom to it. If you got up at night would be very dangerous. Quite a bit of thumping around after 6pm ISH from above and a few big bangs, but not disturbed after 9pm ! The bathroom had a cracked sink basin and continually blocked. The shower left hand door when moved came off the track every time and was very heavy to try to put back. We had two bath towels normal length but approx 2feet wide !!! And no hand towels, so had to manage with kitchen paper !. Not the greatest of places.

Location is beautiful! Close to central Queenstown but just out of the hustle an bustle/traffic. The view is PHENOMENAL. We watched the aurora from the balcony! Waking up to the view of the mountains is so special. Clean and spacious with a large bed and great shower. Highly recommend!

There was no cutlery - not a big issue.

Toller Ausblick, helles und offenes Apartment mit viel Holz. Großes und bequemes Bett. Der Essbereich ist sehr schön, eine kleine Küchengrundausstattung ist vorhanden. Kleiner Terrassenbereich mit Außenküche und Waschmaschine. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Queenstown. Sehr freundlicher Nachbar.

Fenster und Terrassenbereich könnten mal geputzt werden. Defekte, mit Wasser gefüllte Waschmaschine stand lieblos auf der Terrasse. Leider etwas hellhörig. Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr eng. Der schmale Parkplatz muss mit einem anderen Apartment geteilt werden, in der Praxis eher für ein einzelnes Fahrzeug geeignet. An der Straße ist abends schwer ein Parkplatz zu finden. Nur wenige Verpflegungsoptionen in der Nähe.

Fabulous location and view. Comfortable bed, good bathroom.
