Lakeview Unit

Except the location nothing was good about this garage, yes you heard it right. The owner converted the garage into a makeshift and namesake studio room. Everything that you need in this property had some sort of issue.

The garage promoted as a studio apartment, with a private parking. On the day of my arrival I could not park my car as there was a big van parked in front of my room along with an SUV next to it. I contacted the owner and he said he will get this sorted. He did not do anything and I had to park my car 700m away at a roadside park. The room had an empty Nescafe bottle with no coffee in it. Not a drop of milk found anywhere. The sugar was in an open sugar packet. The space beneath the Microwave had dirt in it. So all in all I paid a large amount for this facility.

The view was tremendous. Nice spacious unit. Stovetop.

No hot water to wash dishes. Not enough kitchen utensils. No clean washing up cloths. Bbq was tiny and loojed of poor quality

La vue 😱😱 L'appartement était très confortable et fonctionnel. Bien équipé. Propriétaire réactif par message.

Dommage que le lave linge était hors d'usage.

Je kiest deze accommodatie met name voor het geweldige uitzicht over Lake Wakatipu. Het is een nette studio en alles is schoon. De veranda is echt erg prettig en in voorjaar / zomer geniet je daar van de middagzon.

Er staan geen stoelen op de veranda en dat is een echt een grote misser. Wij hadden zelf camping stoeltjes bij. Er zijn geen limonade glazen. Het is niet goed vanaf twee kanten te bereiken. Wij waren hier twee dagen en dan is allemaal wel oké.

Very beautiful view for Lake Whakatipu. Just 4.5 Km from Queenstown Centre. All other facilities are not bad.

Very nice little accomodation expecially for one night ! Had everything we needed

Was lovely just wasnt good being under people who were drinking as there was alot back and forth walking which was very loud when your trying to sleep . But other then that very good
