The apartment is very comfortable with 4 people

The office charges more money, it was returned extra money and apology for it. But it was because of my asking after one month payment. The office did not give the check-in information on the arrival day. We have to ask for it. It is supposed to inform us one week earlier on the booking information .

Great location,near the shops. Great vue

House is warm.

Views are awesome directly at the remarkable's mountain range, location is close to shopping centre, uber eats is available (we ordered multiple times), has a very beautiful viewpoint from the balcony and is easy access.

Elevator is slow, lol the stairwells were faster. although if you have a lot of luggage then the elevator is useful. Key card for garage stopped working on second day had a slight issue getting back into the building but was able to contact after hours manager who aided in fixing the issue which was quite handy and in a timely manner.

The apartment had lovely views, about 15 minutes from town so not busy. It was quiet and lovely views. Close to Remarkables market which we loved. It was spotlessly clean and warm and comfortable. Loved our stay there. Everything you needed include laundry and dishwasher.

It was a bit challenging to find the lockbox and find the email that actually had the code. The code was on a different email to the latest one that had a picture of where the lockbox was located. Would have been good to have everything on the same email. Other than that we highly recommend. Just be aware you have to get rid of your own rubbish which wasn't a problem to us. The shower was a bit unpredictable but if you do both shower heads at the same time it was fine. No bath for little kids.

Comfortable bed, kitchen was compact but had everything we needed

The bathrooms were very small, but well appointed. When using the oven, the oven door didn't close properly, so we had to use a broom handle to keep it closed. Thankfully, there was a broom handy!

secured private carpark, location, amenities, spacious, very warm, and very very clean.

not very sound proof, can hear the car doors slamming at night, doors slamming in other apartments, buzzing noises from either the air con unit or fridge, or pipeworks? We couldn't quite work out what it was but it was throughout the night. I guess it is part of choosing an apartment to stay in so can't really complain :)
