Perfekt gelegenes Apartment. Non plus ultra- Ausstattung! Super sauber. Viele Shops, Cafés und Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert !!!

"It could not have been more perfect."

The owner responded to me every time I needed some information. The apartment was spotless and in the perfect location for getting to our tours, eating and shopping. It all added to a wonderful trip!

Very spacious, ample and comfortable furniture and bed and nicely decorated and furnished with everything you'd need! Nice kitchen and bathroom with a washer!

The apartment was a bit too warm even when I turned the temperature down

"Perfect location with all the amenities you would need"

Location was perfect for walking to everything in city center, down to the waterfront, hallsgrimkirkja, etc

My only complaint would be the cushions on outdoor patio were moldy and wet due to being left outside. I removed them and so enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful little patio. The outdoor sitting area was probably the main reason I chose this rental. I love sitting out in morning having coffee or evening having a cocktail. Get new cushions and keep them indoors when not in use. Bed was great, so was kitchen. No issues accessing space.

"Recommended apartment in the center of town"

The apartment is in a very convenient location in the center of Reykjavik. It is large apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped with every utensil we needed and more. The owner - Jon - responds quickly to questions via WhatsApp. I appreciated that Jon stocked the apartment with a large bag of coffee pods. Not many apartment owners do that. The apartment is within close walking distance from grocery stores and bakery. We were able to walk from the apartment to the port for a puffin tour. The Perlan Museum is a bit farther, but we were able to walk to and from with no problem.

The apartment is on the ground floor and opens out to the shared courtyard. The doorknob/lock on the patio door needs repair, so that was a bit concerning.
