Very nice place and friendly hostess

Location is very good. Beautiful place, save and peaceful.

My dog like to walk around in the garden and sometimes he found the cat and then there is trouble but we sort it out.

Ewell equipped for self catering, no poiece of cutlery missing. Privacy well taken care of and our lady host was very varm and offered vicinity travel advice.

Actually, no negative feedback. Highly recommended.

The host, Miss Lesley sent me notifications about what will be the process when I arrived. We communicated on my possible arrival time. She even cautioned us on the possible traffic situation on our route. We arrived at 8pm, I phoned her from outside the property and she met us at the car. Very humble and friendly she explained the gate situation, parking and walked us through tenth property. She took extra time to explain the layout, how things work and give a nice handbook should we need anything else. She stays in the Main house on the property which made things even more convenient - always available to chat.

There was not anything. I read the reviews and studied the picture on the app before I made the booking - so we are well informed of what to expect and it was exactly as we expected... someone commented about the kitchenette being so small, because we knew, it was actually very "sexy" since we did not come "to make food or really eat at the property.

We had a fantastic stay at Bienvenue Self-Catering in Mossel Bay! The accommodation was absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful little extras like cookies, snacks, and delicious filter coffee, which made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet yet conveniently close to everything. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we visit Mossel Bay! Highly recommended!

Very helpful and friendly hosts

The host was extremely nice and helpful. There was a neat document with things to do and places to see while on vacation which was very helpful! The garden around the facilities was also impeccable!
