Great location. Nice to have access to a garden. Perfect size for me visiting my son for a few days. Prompt response from the host to any query. Plenty of hot water for shower. Kitchen was well supplied. Great value for money.

The host let us check in early. Great location if you are looking to golf any of the St Andrews courses. 10 minute walk max.

Great location - really central and everything walkable. The kitchenette was well equipped with basics and the check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. TV was great and shower was decent. Nicely decorated and the place was light and airy despite it being a basement flat. All you need for a wee break.

Mattresses were a bit lumpy and would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles. Towels were tiny and would barely dry a bairn, never mind an adult! Shower gel in bathroom was honking. Wasn't the cleanest place I've been in. Floors were filthy and whole place could be done with a deep clean.

Clean room, a bit smaller than we expected but it was comfortable and was well stocked. Plenty of cookware, dishes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean, warm bedding. Close to shops and bus station. Easy, short walk to castle and cathedral. Prompt communication with host - only had one question, but they were available 24/7 if needed.

Only thing negative would be you have to go down stairs to reach the flat. Only an issue coming and going as we had heavy suitcases. Flat was cold upon arrival but warmed up fairly quickly.

Property was clean and an ideal location.
