We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, conveniently close to St Andrew’s University, West Sands, East Sands, the Old Course, and the very friendly St Andrews Baptist Church — which is a must-visit for its heart-warming people and welcoming church community. The host was very helpful in guiding us through the use of appliances and even surprised us with custard donuts — a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. One gentle feedback is that we would prefer to be notified before the host enters the apartment, as we weren’t around at the time and our belongings were left outside. Likely just an oversight in friendliness, but worth keeping in mind for guests’ privacy. Overall, recommended for location, comfort, and hospitality.

Not easy to spot the unit at first since No. 21 is at the basement level (we initially only saw 22 and 24). A small sign outside would really help future guests.

Lovely location, really close to the main street. Lovely little studio. Beds, pillow and super comfy and clean. Everything we needed was there. Fluffy, clean towels. Smelt nice when you walked in. With the bonus of air-conditioning.

Shower could do with a little attention, around tiles. But clean and worked well.

It was in a great location and spacious.

Tiles, grout and kickboard edges in the bathroom could have a good scrubbing.

Property was nice and compact, clean and tidy and location was absolutely perfect with very easy check in.

The bathroom needs an upgrade/refurbishment. A bath mat would have been good as the bath was slippery when getting out after a shower

Location is great, very close to the centre. A bit noisy, as the studio is on main road.

Next to a very busy road and could do with better windows/door to help with the noise (all day and night). Loose toilet seat.
