Good location and TV

Beds uncomfortable, damp in bathroom, cobwebs on light

Clean, convenient, parking close by

There is a lot of traffic so noisier than expected, however it had great location

The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

The bathroom needs attention - paint peeling off wall. There were a lot of cobwebs on the lampshade over the beds.

The studio flat was cosy and a perfect location for walking around St Andrews and visiting the East Neuk villages. It had a very secure door entry which was easy to use. The bed was very comfy and the tv could swing out from the wall, if needed. I didn’t need to use the washing machine or the oven but the microwave was great. I parked easily very close by and used the handy electric charger in Morrisons.

The only very slight negative is the damp smell because the studio is at basement level but that’s to be expected from old properties.
