Excellent location within easy walking distance of the town centre. Small car park a few yards away was such a bonus. Property was a basement studio flat and although compact had everything you needed.

Property is on a busy road so traffic noise is evident. Double glazed which helps.

Host was very helpful. Location is great! Very near to the lively city centre and bus station. Great beds, overall clean. Nice big television.

The toilet seat was a dissonant, it's loose and just does not fit to the toilet. Tip; install some bars to guide guest to step out of the bathtub/shower.

Great location! Spacious enough and beds were comfortable. Well equipped.

The toilet seat far too small (this is an easy and affordable fix). Was not super clean when we arrived (taps dirty, bath had dead flies in it and a spider and main lights were so dusty) strong damp smell in the entrance of the apartment.

Great location, clean, with added touches to make our stay more comfortable (hairdryer, iron, etc). Owners allowed us to check in early, which was very much appreciated.

Mostly great but we would have definitely appreciated more than half a toilet roll for our stay! A little expensive for a small studio, but we know St Andrews in the summer is pricey!
