The property was very clean comfortable and very spacious

The restaurant is amazing. We loved walking around the hills. There is a fully furnished kitchen, and fresh eggs sold opposite; the shop next door also sells everything needed.

Ideally the shop next door could stay open later.

nice property well decorated with stylish touches. convenient for Shrewsbury and surrounds.

noisy as right above bar area and went on until 12.00 in the morning. TV’s do not work. Difficult to get staff attention as they were busy serving at bar.

location is beautiful, property itself is lovely all old beams really cosy

Good position

No hot water on the first day

Room only,but fully fitted kitchen diner provided. Once the pub downstairs was closed,very peaceful night. Fantastic views from windows, foothills of the Cambrians in the distance.

No real dislikes at all. We were 15 minute drive from Rowton Castle,where we were attending a wedding. Ample parking, an what looked like a very popular restaurant in the pub below.

The landlord was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

There was no food available on the night that I stayed. I realise that this information is available if you dig down into the facilities section of the site, but in my opinion the lack of food on two nights of the week should have been more clearly indicated as a warning during the booking process.
