Penthouse 42 at Ezulweni

The ocean view and easy access to the beach. Close to the mall and restaurants and lots of things to do. Host checked in often to ask if we were having fun and gave us some advice as to were we could go for outings.

Place wasnt as clean as i would have liked, dust in some places fridge wasnt clean and the kitchen counter had something leftover stil on it. Curtains wasnt properly hung and was coming of the railing. 2 of the doors were in bad shape as the handles were off and the toilets light didn't work and i take its been like that for a while as i saw someone else's review about it a couple of weeks ago.

No breakfast

Location was great. Views from the unit was beautiful. However, the unit itself was very disappointing. Broken door handles, no light in the toilet, glass tumblers were not suitable had to buy to use, broken chairs, dusty and sticky tables (although you pay R450 for cleaning fees), untidy curtains and not enough to cover the window in one bedroom. Pity since great location and lovely views.

The place was great I liked the sea view.

The linen wasn't clean that was the downside.

The location was nice, but the lifts were not always working and it's the old school one . To get to our apartment we had to walk through an extremely and I mean extremely long flight of stairs it was exhausting as we had to carry so much bags up and down the stairs ,the parking was small so couldn't fit a big vehicle. There was no breakfast available. The lights in the rooms weren't all working . The curtains weren't put properly. The ceiling fans were almost the most disappointing it was on high but it did absolutely nothing it hardly had power and it was so hot. The doors were broken. Toilet light wasn't working.This is the most honest review I can give from what we experienced. Overall the stay was okay but disappointing.

There was 1 roll of toilet paper yet at first they said they provide it for the stay this was false advertising along with housekeeping most of what was under amenities was false advertising.This is the most honest review I can give from what we experienced. When we got to Ezulweni no one told us to where pick up the key,we heard from the lady that was in the reception to go to total garage that we didnt know had to ask around for directions,when we got to the place,it was dirty the floor had dust hair aroumd,,the carpet and floor dirty,the fridge and microwave not cleaned,luckly we had bought our cleaning stuff,cleaned the fridge where we got coacroches,we asked for 3 bedroom it was only 2 and cramped toilet,no towels provided,placed is old the doors brocken,hai it was not a pleasant stay,we had to buy our cups and plates,spoons to use them cause they looked dirty,we used our own water to drink,the view is nice and it was going to be more nicer if the windows are clean,the place has nice furnisher that needs cleaning and replace the broken doors,,their communication is late when we had to find the key ourselves and other things that they put on ad it is not there

place was not clean, fan in main room didn't work properly previous tenants left food in the fridge and coldrinks. dishes were left on the dish rack. windows and walls were dirty. fridge was dirty. lid of Dustin was rusted and dinning room table was dirty. like some eat and left the crumbs on the table
