Penthouse 42 at Ezulweni

I was given a location where to collect keys. The venue is perfect, the beach is a stone's throw away. Very quiet, and peaceful.

Maintenance is due on the property as some thing don't work properly. Doors need maintenance and no Wifi, with no air conditioning. Apart from this, lovely property.

The view is lovely, but the windows are filthy

The entire penthouse was filthy. From the kitchen floor to the shower ceiling. It was absolutely filthy

The property was very dirty on the wardrobes there are wet clothes or Mat that are very stinky , windows throughout the whole house are very dirty , with that being said ,the owner told us to leave at before 10 ,house keeping will be in at 9:30 yet on the website the check out time ins 10 so how can the house keeping be before the check out time ,very funny to know that there is house keeping when we find the place not clean at all!!!

the main door didn’t lock,the door handles to the rooms were not working and it happened that our stuff got locked in one of the rooms and we had graduation 1 hour before. We called the owner and she told us there is nothing she can do since it’s a Saturday💔

Close proximity to the beach easily accessible to the beach.

Unfortunately the toilet wasn't clean and alot of wear and tear especially with the doors. Curtains needed fixing. Door hinges and handles were coming off. Alot off rules for a place that didn't have a cleaner as stated in the house rules that they would come every other day. Oven wasn't working. Dim bulbs some not even there.Apartment needs alot of handy work.

I liked that it is located next to the Beach,next to the mall and it a very quiet and Peaceful area exactly what I wanted.

I did not like the fact that I had to struggle to use most appliances that includes TV as well as the Oven this was the only thing that needs more attention. Overrall everything else was 10/10
