"excellent location but tired apartment."

The location was excellent

It was very tired and not very clean. Bedroom carpet is filthy and old, bathroom is very tired, all kitchen equipment needed to be cleaned before use and drainer should be binned as its furry.

Location

We didn't like that we had no control of the heating. When it rained hard water came in the windows and doors. We did not like the noise from upstairs. The flat was very cold especially in the kichen and shower room. The property needs some maintenance.

"Great location with added bonus of a car park space"

Great garden flat close to Southsea. Perfect for a long weekend visiting our son & the D Day exhibition. Has everything you’d need.

WiFi poor so Netflix wouldn’t play. We fancied a movie when we got home from our day out.
