Very clean and cozy flat. Everything you need is pretty much provided and the host paid extra attention to also providing instructions and guidance on how to get into the flat and use various appliances within it. The flat also comes with a parking lot which is a big plus. The location is also convenient being located between the beach and the high street with both being a walkable distance. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat which takes you to center of Portsmouth.

Very noisy upstairs neighbours (understandably that’s outside of the host’s control and has to do with the buildings structure but worth noting if you are sensitive to that!)

Easy access to lots of places of interest. When needing assistance host was there right away and sorted it

Towels to dry dishes. More towels to use when showering just small things

Great location, spacious and clean

The creaking from movement upstairs was loud and woke us up both morning.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Cosy and comfortable room. Quite a number of places to go for breakfast and meals.

prior to our arrival supernice contact !Lovely very clean flat with a nice little garden(with cat&dog:-) ) .perfect for spending an evening after a long day. Fast wifi. Little kitchen with all you need for cooking (small meals). Good bed. Small but efficient bathroom with good shower ! 3-4 minutes walk to the nice beach.20 minutes walk to the hovercraft . little shop just around the corner.ccop like 10 minutes walk. silent area. we liked it very much !!The pictures on booking are not that good. Looks much better in real life.

The only little thing is the mirror situation in the bathroom. there is only one very small mirror.personally I would put some mirror tiles on the wall. the room would seem larger and shaving would be easier ;-) ok...didn't shave..problem solved...

Nice self contained flat with all amenities & nice patio out the back. Everything that you need was provided including a small bottle of milk.

it was uncomplicated easy instructions to get in and to find, good location for all of Southsea and cheap and easy in a Taxi into Portsmouth town. The place was nice and clean with every thing you should need for your stay.

Nothing dont try and fix what is not broken all is good
