Exceptional property I booked for my brother in law as our house is too small to host visitors. It was such a comfortable, spacious and clean property.

The house was very clean and equipped whatever we needed. It's great location from shops and restaurants. The communication with Richard was always quick and he was happy to meet our needs.

Very pleasant good sized apartment. Nice touch to have milk, tea and coffee supplied. And had Netflix on the TV. And the free parking was very helpful.

As I entered the flat I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. Its is a neat, tidy and cosy flat with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay

Everything was just right

Perfect location for all amenities, all within walkable distances. Parked the car & didn’t need to use it again until we left. Bonus of having free off street parking as many of Portsmouth & Southsea’s streets are permit only. Excellent accommodation.

Very clean and cosy. Plenty of hot water. Washing machine available. Access to a garden. Ideal for beach and other attractions in Southsea. Excellent communication with hosts. Fratton station is within walking distance.

Cooking facilities are basic, however I preferred to sample the culinary delights of the local pubs and cafes. Bathroom is small but no problems for a solo traveller.

Nice flat, well situated, clean. The host was very nice, helpful and accommodating.

The neighbours upstairs can be a little noisy.
