Cheap accommodation but only if you can tolerate it. Peaceful. The surrounding countryside. Bigger than average room. Large clean fridge. Plenty of tables and benches outside.

Similar to other reviewers, upon seeing the room we wanted to leave immediately as it failed to satisfy our minimal standards for comfort and safety. We departed after just one night. The tap water was opaque and emitted a foul odour reminiscent of sulphur or rotten eggs, rendering it unsuitable for showering. We were so desperate for drinking water we boiled the tap water twice leaving a clean kettle dirty! The bed, mattress and sheets were old and very uncomfortable. A window was accessible from the exterior patio and was inadequately secured with a chain of plastic cable ties. Electric bikes and a gas cylinder were stored outside our bedroom door - our room did not have a smoke detector! The residence is situated amidst deteriorating industrial buildings, featuring two towering, crumbling brick chimneys that are in close proximity to the dwelling. No host was present and all facilities were closed. The nearest shop was 40 minutes walk away. Room description incorrect - no separate living room.

It was easy to contact the host via What'sApp. The host is responsive. We asked for additional extension cable and got it within minutes. Also, a correct password for WiFi was sent over immediately when requested. The ideal case would be to place correct password on the print-out located inside.

During the day light the apartment (we stayed in nr5) looks as shown on the photos on the Booking.com. But when we arrived late in the evening we were shocked. I could not believe I have booked this place myself being in kind mind. I need to admit that it's all stylish and eclectic for people who like such style. I was near to start looking for another place to stay. Firstly, the overall impression is that the place is dirty. This goes especially about corners, beds, walls. Walls are damaged in some places and have stains. Spiderweb made it even worth. Secondly, bed sheets. You look on them and cannot understand if these are clean. Thirdly, humidity. The air inside is wet and overall there is a light musty smell, which is more musty in the bathroom. Fourthly, when it was heavy rain, the water run directly to the bed! we put a pot to collect running water and somehow safeguard the bed from getting more wet. Fifthly, the stairs - some steps are damaged, the stairs are old and quite unsafe. And the final - loud party during the whole night, on our last night. Normally I sleep so well that never hear anything. This time I could get into sleep despite of the very loud singing. In the middle of the night music and young people singing awoke me. I even had to request them to stop this and let as sleep. As the building is very old, each step on the stairs and each word said in the neighbor apartment is heard clear and loud. So, once music and singing were over, people started to go up and down on the stairs as a herd of elephants. Although the house rules say "no parties" that one was aligned with the host. I conclude this based on the decoration people make in the yard, music band instruments, local people arriving and being dressed-up.

Very cosy place.

A very unique location. An interesting experience to stay overnight. They do seem to have live music every Saturday. Great value for money in the town. A very good potential to be the best place to stay in the town.

The place is not well kept up. Spider webs, dirty dishes, bedding with holes, smelly water and blocked drain in the shower. They promised a hot tub would be available when I booked the place which turned out not to be true. The hot tub was far from available, very dirty and unkept. It was the main reason we chose this place and we could not use it. When it is working, it costs 20€ per hour. However, it is the biggest hot tub I have ever seen.

Big space for 9 people company. Beautiful outdoor space, very quirky location

If I was picky, I wish the bathroom was more up to date, otherwise great. Thank you
