It’s a quite spacious property (it used to be a cafe or a restaurant) which has a toilet, a shower, a cooker etc and you have an access to all of it. There is parking just outside of the premises.

Privacy! As this is a re-designed property, it has very large windows instead of walls. Some of the windows are covered by curtains but not all of them. As there are some shared toilets outside the property and a lot of people are using them, you can see the people passing by from any point inside the premises all the time, and likewise they can see you. The only part of the premises from which you can’t see the passers by is the toilet.
