Lakefront Studio Apartment

Nice apartment, beautiful views with spacious balcony. Easy access to lakeside path and bonus of free parking. Comfortable bed and good shower.

Very small kitchen area. Building work next door was very close, we were unaware of this when we booked.

Great views and spacious room for a couple. The balcony is incredible, with views of the Remarkables and lake. Instructions for check-in were very clear and made the whole experience a breeze. Perfect for a short to medium stay in Queenstown.

Toilet smelled. TV was new and didnt have instructions how to operate it.

Location was great handy to a bus stop

Such a great location. Staying in Queenstown itself is overrated so being so close yet not that busy was great. A quick drive either way to everything you'd need. Host was very responsive, the view was amazing, the property had a nice little set of cups, mugs plates and bowls plus a little kitchenette. Perfect! A short walk down to a picturesque walkway that goes all the way from Queenstown to Arrowtown if you're willing to hop on a bike and put some effort in, just as good for a leisurely morning stroll

If we had to pick anything, the pillows were a bit soft and thin for us but i'm really struggling to think of anything else.

The room I was given was infested with hundreds of bugs, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. This was clearly a serious hygiene issue, and it made me question whether the room had been cleaned at all before my arrival. I immediately reported the problem to the hotel staff, but their response was disappointing and ineffective. No real solution was offered, and I was left feeling frustrated and helpless. The second day we were hopping at least someone can come to change the bedding , unfortunately only two cans of bugs killer was brought. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Ps : The pictures taken can only show a tip of iceberg, imagine yourself .
