Месторасположение супер и удобные кровати,на этом плюсы закончились

Номер в котором мы были совершенно не соответствовал фото. В номере очень холодно,мы ходили в тёплой одежде. Зимой ехать в этот отель вообще не вариант. С посудой тоже катастрофа,нет не одной тарелки. Чистота желает оставлять лучшего. Старые полотенца,душ протекает,нет туалетной бумаги,ванные принадлежности тоже отсутствуют.
