Die Lage war klasse, es war ruhig und die Betten waren bequem.

Das Geschirr war nicht sauber, ebenso die Schränke. Am Besteck wurde gespart: Messer waren ausreichend da, aber es gab nur 2 Gabeln und 1 Teelöffel - für 4 Personen. Geschirrtücher und Küchenrolle wären gut gewesen. Ich vermute, der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig, denn es wurde immer nasser darin. Der Duschvorhang ist ein Paradies für Bakterien und Pilze - der hat vermutlich noch nie eine Waschmaschine von innen gesehen. Ich habe mich geekelt! Becken, Böden und Teppiche waren gereinigt. Ich hatte irgendwie angenommen, es gäbe ein Bad, aber es gibt stattdessen einen Raum mit Gäste-WC (mit Miniwaschbecken) und einen Raum mit einer Dusche. Na ja. Die Handtücher konnten wir nicht richtig zum Trocknen aufhängen, ein Wäscheständer wäre toll gewesen. Und Rauchmelder gehören an die Decke, nicht ins Regal.

Good location in a picturesque town. Close drive to Fredrichshafen, which was the main point of the visit. Space in the apartment was fine and facilities generally all good.

3rd floor, no lift & fairly tight staircase wasn’t super clear on the advert. Hallways all smelled of cigarette smoke from other inhabitants and it was impossible to leave the apartment door open for more than 30 seconds without the smell coming in. Unable to retrieve receipt/invoice for stay from proprietors.

The location.

The apartment was much too dirty. The shower was not really functional neither the bathroom combined to the toilet. I am just wondering how cleaning is managed. There were no sheets on beds neither interchangeable sheets on blankets, all equipements were old just left as they were. Somehow, I felt that this was not decent to be offered in such a stay.

the location was excellent (near to the center and the train station), the rooms were big enough, the self check-in method was very well explained...

Excellent location and the flat had everything we needed although would have liked bigger towels and more loo paper😁

Would be good to be told in the instructions that the flat is not on first floor. Tried several doors...
