"Perfect place to stay in the old town."

The ease of check-in was nice, the amount of space, amenities and cleanliness were great. The location was excellent. It was just a few minutes walking from all of the key sights.

"1-Zimmerwohnung im Herzen Regensburgs"

Die renovierte Altbauwohnung ist klein aber fein, man hat alles, was man braucht, die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut und auch im Bad ist alles einwandfrei, sauber und funktionsfähig. Die Küche liegt etwas gewöhungsbedürftig direkt am Eingang, ist aber gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock (ohne Aufzug) mit Fenster in den Innenhof, d.h. man hat in der Nacht seine Ruhe. Unser Vermieter hat auf eine Nachfrage sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nur der laut knarzende Boden.

Wohnung ist direkt in der Altstadt. Unsere E-Bikes durften wir im Hausflur parken. Unsere Wohnung war im 4. Stock und das erklimmen mit den Gepäck war eine Herausforderung. Eine komplett ausgestattete Wohnung inklusive Waschmaschine.
