Great location, a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5-10 minutes into town. The apartment had a washing machine which came in very useful. Comfy and spacious throughout

Minor issues getting the internet on the tv to work but nothing worth complaining about

"Die Lage in der Stadt ist okay. Der Wohnung fehlt Schönheit, Flair und Aufenthaltsqualität."

Der Wohnung fehlt jegliches Flair. Einrichtung ist eher alt und zusammengewürfelt. Einzig das Bad ist neu. Zwischen Bad, Küche/Flur und Wohnraum gibt es unterschiedliche Höhenunterschiede/Stufen, die Nachts zu Stolperfallen werden. Räume scheinen nachträglich erhöht worden zu sein. Die Türen wurden dafür einfach unten gekürzt, das sieht sehr provisorisch aus.
