Luxury Apartment Central Reykjavík

Location, warmth, two showers (family of 4), communication, plenty of extras - condiments, kitchen items, bathroom accessories etc. We left our Ponchos for future guests in case they go see waterfalls and want to stay dry. Excellent instructions for access.

One afternoon the water stopped due to maintenance. It was back running within an hour. One night some kids lit fireworks in the garden. No issue in the end. The rain and wind are quite loud in the back room - heads up for light sleepers.

Lighting in the dining area was poor. If I need to look at a map or a book I had to move for the light.

Location is close to central, you just have to take 5 to 10 mins walk to different busiest places in Reyjavik. The interior is the same as the photos, it's comfortable and the room size is fit for a family of 4. The provisions in the kitchen are good too.

The shower of the 'master room' does not have any door or curtain. Water literally flown to the floor of the entire bathroom, we have to clear the water on the floor by a wiper provided by the owner every time after shower.

Brilliant location - all the sights of Reykjavik were within walking distance and the bus station was close as well (excellent tours leave from here).

On street parking was quite busy and hard to get a spot, at times.

The property is in an ideal location for the centre of Reykjavik. It was immaculately clean and cosy with very comfortable beds and fab bathrooms. It contained everything we needed. We parked easily on an adjacent road. Communication was timely and helpful- thank you so much!
