The attitude of the lady who receives people on arrival is commendable.

The bad attitude of the male who responds to the call when using the provided numbers outside the gate. A guest without airtime is not provided by any means to indicate one's presence by the gate because there is no bell or any other means provided except calling. A pedestrian guest can be attacked whilst awaiting assistance from the rude call-receptionist to assist.
