I did not like anything about the accommodation. The service was very poor.

The service was very poor. There are no shower caps and soaps, heater and aircon are not working. We had to wait for 2 hours for them to bring the toilet papers. The beding is not changed. We only recieved 3 towels for the first day and for other 3 days there were no tawels. I was totally not happy with their service. They need to change the setup in their room and hospitality style. They need to have the basic things that are needed instead of constantly calling to request for things they know that they have to offer eg shower caps and soaps. Their heart is just there but not working and it was cold. I reported it, there was nothing that was done about it.
