1. dekat dgn kemudahan 2. fix parking 3. facilities dlm rumah seperti peti ais, electric cooker

tilam tu boleh upgrade yg elok dah kot.. sakit badan rasa spring dgn badan gatal2 sama la selimut bantal pon bleh tukar yg elok punya jangan kedekut sngt nak invest benda tempat perlancungan hari2 org menginap
