MYDear Host, Thank you for providing the accommodation. We would like to share some feedback regarding our stay, as there were several issues that affected our comfort: * The bathroom light in the master bedroom was not functioning. * Both bathroom sinks were leaking. * The sofa had an unpleasant odour. * The bedsheets and pillows appeared to have a noticeable perspiration smell. * The kitchen was not fully equipped, and dishwashing liquid was not provided. * The bathroom floor mats were quite small and tended to slip easily, which may pose a safety concern. We hope these matters can be looked into and improved for the comfort and convenience of future guests. Thank you for your attention and understanding. saya tidak berpuas hati tentang ketiadaan fasiliti asas seperti iron, towel, sabun mandi . selain itu lampu di bilik mandi rosak, tiada pembaikan. Hopefully selepas ni ada penambahbaikan.
MYVery dirty and a house full of cockroaches!!upon arrival the balcony doors were broken..and the housekeeper came the next day to fix it!!so my family and i have to sleep with the broken door on the balcony!!The bedsheet smells like someone was pee on it!!
I dont like anything here!my kids were very scared of staying here because the house full of cockroaches!!i have to buy bygone myself because after the complaint to the property they ignored my complaint!
