The Annexe

The Annexe is great for a stay in Teignmouth. It's a small apartment but is really well equipped with everything you'll need, and immaculately clean. Karen was in touch on the day to let us know when we could get in, and texted to see if we needed extra towels or bedding as we also had our youngest with us. The welcome basket is a lovely touch and very appreciated! It's seconds from the back beach so a perfect location for central Teignmouth. We drove and parked on Ivy Lane but there's a big car park a few minutes walk away.

Nothing really!

Location was fantastic Very close to beach. The yellow chair was comfy Property was very clean and Karen was very nice. A nice surprise to have milk, orange juice and snacks on arrival. Tea coffee sugar pots were filled up and cleaning products were in plenty of supply.

The wardrobe didn't have enough space for dresses to hang freely. Having to go through bedroom to access bathroom was inconvenient

So close to backbeach, very central

1st class accommodation, everything you could need from a self catering annexe. Karen, the host made sure of a great welcome and was always happy to be contacted with any queries. We are already looking to book another stay.

It was a home from home and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. We loved the welcome basket and milk/juice etc in the fridge. Great location too!

Nothing! Parking was a bit of a pain but it wouldn’t stop us from coming back.
