"Exceptional"

The Annexe is AMAZING!!!. Karen had milk, fresh pastries, butter, coffee, orange juice and more waiting for us. It is very clean, very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 people. SKY TV, induction hob, dishwasher and more. The Annexe is rarely available but if you get the chance to book it...DON'T HESITATE....BOOK IT !!!! everything in Teignmouth is on your doorstep. Parking in Ivy Lane, The Strand or at the near by car park 5 minutes walk away, £6.20 for 24 hours. So Parking is NOT an issue whatsoever. As a couple on our 1st Wedding Anniversary, we LOVED IT !!!! An absolute GEM of an apartment. We we're VERY lucky to get it and SPOILT by Karen. THANK YOU . BOOK IT....BOOK IT...BOOK IT.

There is NOTHING not to like. That is being totally honest!!!!!

"Enoyable break in a beautiful location."

The location was excellent - close to both beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants.

A small coffee table in the lounge area would have been useful. There was nothing I didn't like.

"Perfect little hideaway"

Spotlessly clean and cosy little apartment. Fantastic location as the beach is literally a minute from the front door, well pretty much everything is within very easy reach. Spent a wonderful couple of days here and would highly recommend.

Great, central location, and right next to back beach. Near the park, The Ship Inn and only 5 minute walk to shops. Lovely that there was a selection of goodies on arrival, including milk. Nicely finished. Kids loved it!

Very small; It felt like everything was crammed in a bit. Second bedroom was basically a storage cupboard with bunk beds in.

Well situated close to seafront and back beach also town , shops and cafes. Tastefully decorated with modern appliances. Everything you could possibly need and some extra treats.
