Great - easily accessible key store with code that was memorable but sensible! Everything was lovely. The host had already contacted me to let me know that she was away from the area during our stay but that she was available by text. This proved to be completely true when, for example, there was a short power-cut and she contacted us to ask how we were doing during the power-cut as a neighbour had informed her about it. The welcome in the property was wonderful - some lovely goodies in a basket and in the fridge; all was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, access to the heating, excellently equipped kitchen which was great as we are big cooks, plenty of space for clobber, tasteful but unfussy furnishings, amazing location that is close to everything, very quiet location, totally clear instructions about the flat, the bins, the neighbourhood. It was an utterly restful experience from arrival to departure as these hosts clearly have anticipated what it's like for people to come for a break and they certainly care about their property and its cleanliness and quality and want you to have a good experience there. Can only give the highest recommendation. Thank you for a lovely break in the Annexe that met all our needs.

Warm, comfortable and cosy. Lovely welcome treats. Great location with easy local parking (car park) Well equipped with good facilities. Our second visit and we will be back.

A comfortable and practical place to stay, only a few steps away from the shoreline, and an easy walk from the shops. Recommended!

The location, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, the decor & overall facilities. The 'welcome treats' were much appreciated. Proximity to the town & seafront.

There was nothing to dislike!

The location is excellent - close to back beach, town, shopping and the train station. Spotlessly clean, amazing towels, comfy bed and lovely host, Karen. The kitchen facilities were great and we didn’t want for anything. Really appreciated the welcome pack including scones, jam, cream, biscuits and juice to name a few of the extras. The apartment is beautifully decorated and despite being reasonably compact, the space has been used well. Peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend taking the Teignmouth-Sheldon Ferry to Shaldon for a lovely day out.
