La disponibilita' del proprietario. La posizione. Ottima la colazione inclusa nel prezzo ed il servizio con il bar convenzionato

Lavatrice non funzionante. Doccia poco funzionale. Scala interna all'appartamento pericolosa per chi viaggia con bambini perche' priva di ringhiera e passamano. Nessuna istruzione per lo smaltimento della pattumiera, non c'era materiale per pulire l'appartamento (mancava la scopa, mancava la paletta)

un escalier pentu pour accéder à l'appartement et difficulté pour trouver celui-ci dans un centre ville aux rues étroites et en mauvais état.
