L'abitazione era pulita ed ampia. Posizione centrale con facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Forse il materasso è un po' attempato. Le pareti delle scale in entrata sarebbe opportuno sanarle e chiudere la nicchia dei contatori.
