Хорошее расположение, парковка подземная с определённым местом. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Утром встречаешь рассвет, солнце восходит из океана и светит на балкон - это классно. Это в конце декабря. Очень отзывчивый и общительный хозяин - отдельный респект.

Otrzymujac prosbe od wlasciciela by nie trzaskac drzwiami bylismy zachwyceni zblizajacym sie wypoczynkiem. Ilosc kluczy do apartamentowca rowniez wskazywala na bezpieczenstwo i komfort. Oczywiscie nic z tych rzeczy nie jest wina ani wlasciciela ani obiektu ale warto wiedziec.

Firstly, the location was great. It is pretty close to the airport, very easy to find and there are some shops nearby, such as bakeries, small grocery stores and restaurants. A 15-minute walk from the facility is a big shopping centre with a Pingo Doce store. The apartment has a very beautiful view from the balcony in the living room and a not so beautiful view from the bedroom window. The apartment has its own big parking garage space, so you do not have to worry about parking. It is very easy to get to both the west and east coast to the island, as there are many roads and everything is nearby.

The neighbors are quite sensitive to noise, so we had to pay attention to the noises we were making, which was quite challenging with children. Luckily, we did not spend so much time at the apartment. The bed in the living room is quite uncomfortable. If you turned on two kitchen devices, the fuse would blow and the power would go out.
