Sea View Apartment

This location in Caniço was perfect - 15 minute walk to the Cristo Rei viewpoint, few nearby cafés and restaurants, and located about halfway between Funchal and the airport. The apartment was spacious with a cute little balcony. If you don't like to be in and amongst busy city energy, this is a great location - easy access to the east of the island, Funchal and also for Pico Aeriero Road links

The apartments are simply magnificent! The rooms are very cozy and spacious, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, everything works properly. The location of the apartments is very convenient, the balcony has a side view of the ocean, there is a parking space in the underground parking under the house. The staff of the apartments is very attentive and polite, they quickly respond to all requests. In general, the apartments leave only positive impressions.

Liked the location on the island, the little balcony was perfect for morning breakfasts, and having a parking spot was a big plus.

However, if we turned on more than two electrical appliances at once, the power would go out. The electricity issues were quite frustrating — we had to choose between boiling the kettle, using the heater, or drying our hair :) The bathroom could also use a refresh. And it would be nice to have some coffee and tea available — there wasn’t any.

- there was a problem with the electrics, for example the washing machine and any other electrical appliances could not be used because the power stopped, the fuse blew, in vain we called the owner, in 6 days we could not solve the problem.. - it was cold in the apartment, there were 2 heaters but we couldn't use them at the same time because of the weak electrics, the electricity was completely cut off... - uncomfortable bed in our opinion, but that doesn't mean it's uncomfortable for anyone else. - the wifi sometimes did not work normally - not enough towels (if there are 3-4 of us) recommended if you bring your own

The host is very kind and easy to contact with. The view from the apartment is beautiful, especially at sunrise. The whole stay was amazing. Thank you 😊

Big flat with a large kitchen and living room in Garajau, away from the city hassle. Nice hosts who were always in touch. There is a parking option available in the -1 floor of the building. Not far from local cafes and shops and a bus stop. But overall taking buses from Garajau is not advisable - there is no direct bus from this place to airport. The rooms are very spacious, so it’s great for 3-4 people travel I think

If there used to be the sea view in this place, it was long before the construction before the house started. Now it’s only partial sea view (which made us very disappointed, but we managed this with the help of booking customer service and the owner). When we arrived, there was a smell of smth really acid because of the construction works in the apartment next door. You had to wait around 10 minutes for the hot water to appear.

this place is really better than you see in the photos! I wasn't expecting it to be so spacious and clean, bright, with a nice view, and fully equipped. communication was super easy and everything was just great! we stayed with my husband, but there is really enough space for 4 people. there is not far away supermarket reached by car and also a parking lot is included in the house, which is a must-have for Madeira.
