Very good location , STUNING VIEW , everything you need in the appartment and more , all clean and brand new , very nice ,polite and helpful host . in walking range (7-8 min) from a good restaurant and (10-12 min) to a supermarket/farmacy.Easy access to the hgw (express road) and not far from the airport. 10 minutes drive to Funchal . With a prior arrangement , host can supply a small car (we got a very good one with low rates and no deposit !!!) It is a good point to start exploring this woderful island with easy acces to both east and west coast as well as to the north of Madeira . Funchal is reachable in 10 min by car on the express way

Definitely need a small car for transportation . During real hot days (and nights) the mobile AC is useless and noisy so an inverter will raise the comfort (and the benefits as well) . Few pillows (min 2) with classic feders filling will also help . Not all of us are used to sleep on foam. But the host promised to solve these minor inconvenients Sometimes the landing planes can be scary though I personaly enjoyed all the ones I saw from the balcony. Anyway PROS are much more than CONS so I strongly recommend this accomodation.

It was clean, comfortable and beautiful views. Lots of parking. The host was very friendly and rented out his car to us. We had a late flight and the host allowed us to keep the car/flat until we returned to the airport. Lovely Madeira cake was waiting for us as a “welcoming” gift.

Super friendly and helpful host. Clean apartment with all the basics you need. In close proximity to shops and various beaches. Host helped us get a rental car on very short notice and excellent price and met us at the airport directly to take back the car.

The pools in the pictures are not located at the apartment. You need a car to reach them. It's easy to be confused when booking the apartment and think that they are located there.

The service and help of the host was amazing. we got a welcome cake and wine and we could ask him anything via chat. We also enjoyed watching the airplanes flying over the appartement. They don’t arrive very early nor during the night.

The water in the shower was not warm very long. after going to the beach all going swimming one person had a warm shower, the others had luke warm or cold water.

Amazing view over the ocean 👌🏻!! Very tidy and charming BOOKING apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a good bathroom. The owner is a great host and is there when you need him. Would absolutely recommend staying there! EXCEPTIONAL
