Much more spacious than I had imagined with lots of natural light. Very quiet and very clean. Ideally located for Snape Maltings. Tea, coffee and milk provided and a couple of extra treats. Lovely touch to have a personal note from the hosts too. Communication was great in the lead-up to check-in too. Really helpful to know that I was able to check in a little earlier than the advertised time. Although I didn't cook in the property, looked well set-up for self-catering. All the information I needed for heating, hot water etc. provided too.

Slightly more comfortable sofa ,our only niggle.

host had left us milk in the fridge and a home made fruit cake for our arrival. Very well equipped, comfortable, spotlessly clean. Great location for the Suffolk cost, Snape and Aldeburgh.

The only let down was the seating in the lounge. It was a futon that doubled as a sofa but upholstery quite thin and not very comfortable. Additional memory foam cushioning would sort it.
