The place is clean

I dont like the host cause it’s hard to contact, esp due to my deposit. They haven’t transferring the deposit since i checkout the place. They said it will take 3-4 working days but it’s thursday and i still dont get my money. I even cannot reach them via whatsapp and i dont know what to do.

The check-in was not correctly stated, they required to send money and deposit in local currency to the local bank while we are international travelors. When we reached the check-in counter, there is no receptionist, and we got message we cannot get into the room as they don't receive money in the bank, which we never get instructed. The toilet paper is only one roll for 5 day stay, 1 towl for 2 guests. We requested to supply toilet paper and towel, the host never showed up to provide. It was the worst stay ever in any air B&B experience and it was so bad that we had to leave ealier to get other accomodation , where the host never refund money and deposit.
