This Yamada Residence never refund the deposit almost 10days ready . Call also no answer the phone. Really disappointed with this service

I was told that the deposit refund would take 2–3 working days, but it has already been 5 days and I still haven’t received anything, even though I only stayed for one night. They did not keep to the promised timeline, have not responded to my messages, and it’s starting to feel like they might be trying to scam me out of the money.

Nothing ZERO!!!

Respond so late, call many time just decline cannot use TV i book for 1 studio but get 3 QUEEN BED and THE DEPOSIT REFUND TAKE A MONTH TO GET AND I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP SO MANY TIME!!! They say Deposit will get in 3-7 days ITS A BIG LIERR!!!! Dont trust that you will get the deposit within that day ITS TOOKS A MONTH TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT REFUND back!!!

"DIDNT REFUND DEPOSIT"

No deposit was refunded from their side, chased for 3 weeks and no response from the team. Such a scam stay, please refund asap
